Best Practice Library

Service Management 101 provides an online subscription service to a huge database of best practice statements, including those specific to Outside-In thinking and its application to service management initiatives.  The service is part of the Knowledge-Web service. The Best Practice Statement Library (BPSL) provides searchable access to best practice guidance appropriate to a service management and service excellence initiative.

The BPSL is categorized based upon the major elements of the USMBOK.  Access to the complete BPSL is through an annual membership to this site.  A sample set of the BPSL is available to registered guests.
